What is a tree surgeon?
A tree surgeon, also known as an Arborist, is someone who treats diseased or damaged trees by pruning and bracing branches as well as filling cavities. A tree surgeon is, in short an expert in all things to do with caring for trees.
When should I have my trees pruned?
In most cases, trees can be pruned all year round, although it is commonly accepted that winter is the best time as the tree is growing at its slowest so pruning will not affect the tree as much. Don’t worry if you are not sure what type of tree you have Tudor Rose are experts in all things to do with trees.
What insurance cover and health and safety precautions do you have?
At Tudor Rose we are meticulous in ensuring that everything we do is in line with the latest in tree surgery health and safety guidelines. We have a full public liability insurance that covers us working on jobs of all sizes.

What responsibility do I have for my trees?
If a tree is on your property, it is your responsibility to ensure they are in a safe and healthy condition and pose no danger to people or property in the vicinity. If you are unsure whether or not your trees are safe and healthy, just give us a call and we can come and make an offical assessment.
